Interior
This first-floor accommodation, without an elevator, features a comfortable and functional space that combines a kitchen, dining room, and living room. You can relax on the sofa while watching SAT-TV and enjoying the cool air from the air conditioning (cold air only) after preparing delicious meals on the electric cooker. Please note that the kitchen equipment is basic, and there is no washing machine, iron, or ironing board available. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, air conditioning (cold air only), and a wardrobe. One bedroom has space for a cot and high chair, while the second bedroom has access to a small terrace. An extra bed can be accommodated on the sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area in Capdepera with one of the best beaches in the area. It offers all the needed services for your stay like supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the golf course also is near, about 7.2 km. The Caves of Srtà and the Tower of Canyamel are a must-visit of the area.

- The holding of events is forbidden.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on-site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years old.
