The apartment is located in the very center of Cala Millor and belongs to a house that originally had three floors. The house was built in 1964 by Don Juan Llinás where he installed his residence. Don Juan Llinás was one of the promoters of tourism in the area and the Cala Millor promenade bears his name in honor of the work carried out in those years. You can see the monolith at the beginning of it.

1. Las horas de descanso en nuestro complejo son deh. ah. y deh. a 7.00 h. Se tienen que respetar sin excepción. Se debe mantener un volumen medio de voz en la vivienda y no hacer ruido en las terrazas.
2. Por favor le pedimos que al llegar de la playa sacuda su arena en el exterior del edificio o antes de llegar al apartamento. No ensucien de arena los espacios comunes ni obstruyan los desagües de las duchas y bañera.
3. Les rogamos que tiren el papel de baño, toallitas y artículos de higiene femenina en las papeleras de los baños y nunca en el W.c
4. No está permitido poner música en las horas de descanso.
5. No está permitido fumar en el interior del apartamento.
6. Se debe apagar la climatización cuando salgan de casa. Cierren las puertas y ventanas si se encuentran en el interior del apartamento.
7. No deje zapatos u otros objetos en las zonas exteriores de la vivienda a excepción de los carritos de niños, bicicletas y objetos de playa que se podrán dejar en el rellano cubierto de la entrada.
8. Está prohibido tender ropa en la barandilla de entrada y balcones del apartamento.
9. Utilice los recipientes para la basura de forma adecuada. Color amarillo para plásticos y envases, color verde para vidrio y color azur para papel y cartón. Color gris o negro para el resto de basura.
