Newly refurbished villa, brand new, in the most exclusive area of Pollensa, called Ternelles, which is accessed from the center of Pollensa by the beautiful road through the Torrent de Sant Jordi, just 10 minutes walk. The villa will be released in the 2019 season, after a laborious restoration work, with a totally contemporary-minimalist spirit. The villa is accessed through the entrance door that connects the hall with the large living room, open to the kitchen, both connected with the light sliding doors to the terrace, pool and garden. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Between both rooms is a bathroom with shower of high qualities in the materials used.
