The living room, which opens onto the terrace, has two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The kitchen, decorated in a charming Mediterranean style in blue and white tones, is fully equipped with everything you might need. The dwelling consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms are bright and cosy, with the double bed room offering ample wardrobe space to store your belongings. The spacious bathroom with a luxurious shower completes the comfortable experience.
Located on the first floor of a small apartment community in Cala Marçal, Felanitx, our flat is perfect for families. Just 80 metres from the beach and surrounded by amenities such as a small supermarket, children's playground and local restaurants, the property offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and convenience. Just 1 km away, you will find Portocolom, a picturesque fishing village with shops, restaurants and a variety of activities. Palma is 65 km from the property.
